This single story combo timber frame Farmhouse creates larger and more dynamic homes using multiple timber frames situated next to one another. In this configuration, a 20×42 frame with a 12 foot semi-enclosed porch forms a large kitchen and living area, a 20×32 frame houses two large bedrooms with separate baths and walk in closets. Another 24×32 frame provides a private and spacious master suite with a vaulted timber ceiling. Timber overhangs and large windows give a contemporary feel, and clerestory windows under gabled dormers let in lots of natural light. A centralized double sided fireplace divides the space while creating a wonderful ambiance in the dining space and living space, perfectly complimenting the exposed structural timber trusses.

Typically, a Texas Timber Frames Farmhouse Series home can be finished for between $175-$275 per square foot (including our package cost). Your build location and choice of finishes will vary this number widely. This estimated cost per square foot does not include land or land improvements such as septic, well, excavation, lot clearing, and driveway/landscaping, etc. Also, if you decide to add a garage, walkout (daylight basement) level, extra porches, and additional features such as natural stone fireplaces, extra patio doors, etc., this will most likely increase the square footage cost beyond this estimated range.
